Parts Inspection & Repair

At S.W.A.T., we conduct inspections, repairs, modifications, and recertification on parts sourced from our own inventory, our customers' inventories, active aircraft models, and "End-of-Life" planes and jets that we have dismantled.
This process is performed by FAA Licensed Technicians and in accordance with FAA, EASA, CAA, TCCA, and OEM approved data.
Each part is tagged with a FAA form 8130-3 dual release based on the criteria we have and in accordance with our Operational Specifications and Capabilities List.

Parts are kept in our climate-controlled Inventory Warehouse until they are sold.
Upon sale, the item is sent to our certified repair station for thorough inspection and repair, ensuring the part meets the highest quality standards.
After inspection, the part is moved to the shipping staging area where it is carefully packaged and secured for transit.
With two full airframes’ worth of parts for Global Express and Lear Jet 35 aircraft readily available, we have the parts you need.

Our tasks include engine removals and replacements, minor repairs, service bulletin modifications, and trim balancing of the LP compressor fan.

S.W.A.T. has provided assistance for numerous specialized engine maintenance events, such as engine balances and gearbox changes.
