All parts in our inventory undergo a thorough evaluation and logbook review using the best industry practices before entering our Quality Management System (QMS).
Evaluations include Airworthiness Directives (AD) research – identifies the “unsafe condition” and then “provides the regulatory requirements for correcting the unsafe condition” – and required Back-to-Birth traceability – “documentation that clearly demonstrates every owner and installation of a part all the way back to the time that it was manufactured”.
The final steps include processing through our FAA/EASA/CAA/TCCA 145 certified Repair Station and securing for transit in accordance with International Air Transport Association (IATA) standards.
